3kW laser cutting
明日 2040 equipment with a working area up to 2000 × 6000 mm for general sheet-metal fabrication. Stable cutting capability reaches approximately 12 mm, depending on material.
Area 03
Large-format flame cutting
A separate flame-cutting process supports working sizes up to 4000 × 14000 mm and carbon steel thicknesses up to 200 mm.
Area 04
Bending
Bending capability reaches 4000 mm in length. Thickness capability is up to approximately 25 mm, depending on material, length and part geometry.
Area 05
Tube & profile cutting
3kW cutting for round, square, rectangular and oval tube, plus angle steel, channel steel and H-beam. Maximum section size is confirmed by profile type and can reach approximately 240 mm.
Area 06
Fabrication workflow
Welding, drilling, tapping and spray painting are arranged according to the approved drawing. Galvanizing, black oxide and electrophoretic coating can be coordinated through external processing.
